In fact, the original schedule has been expanded. Events have been added for kids and true sprinters. The results are shown below. These races have been fun (the primary goal) and have allowed many of us to test our fitness and improve our speed (Joe Henderson et al pulled the wool over our eyes you don't get fast from Long Slow Distance, you run fast by running fast). Most of those who ran these will attest that it helped their performance in the Festival by the James Mile and that it will help in subsequent 5K and 10Ks. If you didn't get a chance to make it don't fret, we will put them on next year.
