RIVERSIDE RUNNERS TRIATHLON 201 TRAINING GROUP

Training Group now forming for the Angels Race 2005 (Sprint Triathlon 300m Swim / 15.5 Bike / 5K Run). This is a 12 week training program with instruction in the 3 event areas. Sessions will be hands-on. (That's right...we'll be in the pool.)

Group will meet mostly on Saturdays beginning January 22nd, 8:00am. Only 25 slots available. Minimum requirements are that participants can swim 100m unaided, have a bike & helmet, and be able to run 2 miles continuously.

Registration will be accepted until February 12, 2005.
