Be a Better Runner: Nutrition & Hydration Workshop

Join health coaches, Mary Cope and Tiffany Tatom in an interactive, upbeat workshop on how you can make simple changes to optimize endurance and energy.
Top performance in both sports and every day life begins with proper fuel. In this workshop we will talk about two major factors: How sugar affects our energy levels, where it is hidden and what simple choices we can make for optimal health. We will also talk about why proper hydration is crucial to a variety of essential functions and what we should be drinking. We will make a homemade, delicious sports drink you can recreate at home for yourself and the whole family.
Bring a friend and let’s have some fun. This workshop is for all levels :).
Also on site at the workshop will be our local experts from the Foot and Ankle Team at Rehab Associates to answer any running related questions that you may have.
