It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that the Lynchburg Road Runners and Riverside Runners have arranged for Dr. Owen Anderson (Coach & Author) to provide a one hour seminar on ‘running form’ to club members, Thursday December 3rd at 7:00 pm EST via Zoom. This is a private event for Lynchburg Road Runner Club Members and FREE to current Club members. Participants will have opportunities to ask questions at the conclusion of his presentation.
